Appointments

All appointments are:

60 minutes long unless arranged otherwise in our coaching agreement
Are offered by phone or virtually via Zoom
All appointments start with an initial 30 minute free consultation over phone

Services and Fees:

1 at a time: $125.00/60min

3-5: 115.00/60 min

6-10: $105.00/60 min

10-12: $95.00/60 min

*Assessments will be additional costs

*When buying a group of sessions, they are to be used within 1 year from the time of your first session

Appointments can be done via Zoom, Skype or telephone. All appointments start with an initial 30 minute free consultation over phone. The purpose of this consultation is to provide an opportunity for you to get more information to assess whether you feel these services will be a fit for you and are appropriate to your needs. It will also give me an opportunity to see if what I offer can help you and then discuss what services may be the best fit for your situation and discuss what a coaching relationship and journey might look like.

If after our initial consult I feel that I would not be the most appropriate resources or that what you are looking for is outside of my professional scope, I will do my best to refer you to another resource.
